Montréal, March 3, 2014 – The founders of LCM Attorneys Inc. are pleased to announce the creation of a new litigation boutique in Montreal. The firm will offer services in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions, as well as in public and administrative law.
LCM Attorneys Inc.’s five founding partners are Bernard Amyot, Ad. E., Sébastien C. Caron, Patrick Ferland, David Joanisse and Dominique Ménard. Five other attorneys will be joining the team, as well as two paralegals and renowned counsel Max Bernard, Ad. E., who will continue his practice as a pleader and as an arbitrator. Until recently, all were part of the litigation department of Heenan Blaikie.
