Blythe Spragg assists lawyers in preparing complex cases for trial. In addition to reviewing documents for pertinence, she organizes a files’ documents and exhibits. She also drafts proceedings, summarizes transcripts and ensures the efficient organization of files from start to finish.
Ms. Spragg has demonstrated a keen interest in technology and is experienced in working with various litigation support software. During a secondment at an international company in the aerospace industry, Ms. Spragg gained experience with electronic document dicslosure (“E-discovery”) and the principles of preservation of documents in light of a litigation (“litigation holds”).
